My time at WayForth was an amazing journey, starting as a Marketing Manager of Design and Digital and eventually moving up to Senior Marketing Manager. I had the chance to dive deep into creative projects, from developing brand guidelines and market badges to designing social media guidelines and B2B/B2C collateral.

It was also a great opportunity to manage timelines, lead a small team, and ensure all designs stayed true to the brand’s identity. I loved how the role challenged me to grow as a leader while staying involved in the creative process. It was an experience that really shaped how I approach both design and marketing.
